Experience
Experience is the biggest factor in home inspections. Dell is a full time inspector who has completed thousands of inspections. Oye Home Inspection, Inc. has conducted professional ASHI® Home Inspections for twenty years. Burdell (Dell) Oye has fifteen years of construction experience in remodeling and new construction, and has been a City Building Inspector.

EDUCATION
Being Minnesota State Certified Building Official #1540 requires annual educatiion credits verified by the State of Minnesota Building Codes Division. ASHI® certification requires annual education credits. Dell also has a building inspection technology degree, is a board member of the local ASHI Heartland Chapter, and conducts inspection training seminars for the ASHI Heartland Chapter.

REPORT FORM
A computer generated, narrative style report will detail your home. Your report can be e-mailed, or printed on site. The report is easy to read and informative. Maintenance information is included. Call with questions for as long as you own the property. Normal time of inspection is three to four hours. Your attendance is requested.
